This organizer is attractive, well-made, and arrived in perfect condition. My only caveat would relate to the size of some sections. For example, there are three bins for items like appetizer forks, teaspoons, etc. - these are only about 7.6" long, and I have some flatware that is a bit of a snug fit. Similarly, there are two horizontal bins that are less than 6" long, and their usefulness is therefore compromised.
I'm happy with the purchase, though I'm a little concerned about how to keep it clean. The ugly rubber divider that I previously used could just be tossed into the dishwasher. It could not, however, take advantage of my 15" drawer width.

I probably own every size and shape of expandable tray organizer that is made. Most are now Bamboo but I also have a few older ones that are wood. I love them all! And the Amazon companies are all great. Things get delivered promptly, they are well packed, and they look like the descriptions and photos. I feel secure ordering from Amazon companies and so far I have not returned a thing!

Perhaps I am missing the thing here, but the center compartments are far too small to hold more than service for 6. Well-made and the sides do expand, but overall there is no way that it can hold service for 8 to 12. Our dinner forks are 8" and they only fit in the full-length side compartments. 8 salad forks, tea and soup spoons do not fit in the narrow center compartments. Too bad. Seems like a decent piece.

The tray is well-constructed and attractive. The slots, however, are far too short for my silverware. I ended up giving the tray away to a friend.

I was looking for something to replace the green rubbermaid thing that made me cringe every time I opened the drawer...I wanted to go from "country" to "Asian modern" and this was perfect! It has lots of space for flatware and the other little things that you find you can't live without. The price was better than my local Bed Bath Beyond and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful piece of bamboo.
